“The young woman denies she was raped and has not pressed charges,” Rio police spokeswoman Edileide Macedo said. “We continue to investigate the case because it is a public matter.”

The seven minute video – as seen below – was uploaded online and this led to the inquiry by police, bed sheets and evidence were also taken by police officers who are investigating the case.

Monique Amin – was intoxicated and had apparently passed out, as she lay motionless and her bed fellow continued to frolic under the sheets.

“Without any doubt, my daughter was asleep,” Claudia Amin told a local newspaper.
